Dr. Sacchi — project preview

01   brief

The context.

A clinical psychologist with a practice in Perugia who wanted to go beyond the "brochure site" and give patients their own personal digital space — a booking calendar, materials to bridge one session and the next, and an AI assistant configured around her clinical notes.

02   challenge

The challenges.

Sensitive subject matter: patient privacy, strict GDPR, no data leaks, no AI inventing diagnoses. We needed an AI that knew how to stay within its limits, configurable *per patient* by the therapist, acting as a bridge between one session and the next without ever replacing her.

03   solution

The answer.

A clean, accessible public site. A protected patient area on Supabase (strict RLS, each patient sees only their own data). A booking system with calendar sync and confirmation emails. An Edge Function on Cloudflare that routes to Claude with a system prompt tailored per patient — the therapist writes the guidelines, the AI stays inside those guardrails.

For the patient it means booking in under 90 seconds and having a point of reference between one session and the next. For the therapist, an AI that doesn't replace but lightens the load — within boundaries she sets, 100%.
