1 · Who we are
Atto is an Italian digital partner founded and run by Tommaso Roncolino. We work remotely with clients across Italy. Contact: info@attostudio.it.
2 · What data we collect
This site collects the following personal data when you actively provide it:
- Email and message content — when you write to us by email or through the contact form
- Name, company, project type, budget — if you fill in the contact form
- Anonymous browsing data — when you visit the site (see the cookie section)
We do not collect sensitive data. We do not profile users. We do not sell data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
3 · How we use the data
The data you provide is used exclusively to:
- respond to your contact request
- prepare a possible quote
- manage any contractual relationship should we decide to work together
4 · Legal basis
Processing takes place on the basis of your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for contact requests, and on the basis ofthe performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) if we become your supplier.
5 · Data retention
Contact request data is kept for 24 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted. Contractual data is kept for as long as required by Italian law (10 years for tax documents).
6 · Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no third parties). See the Cookie Policy for details.
7 · Hosting & third parties
Data is hosted on:
- Cloudflare Pages — static site (USA/EU, GDPR compliant)
- Google Workspace — email management (USA/EU, GDPR compliant)
There are no other transfers to third parties.
8 · Your rights
At any time you can:
- request access to the data we hold about you
- request rectification of incorrect data
- request full deletion (right to be forgotten)
- request portability of your data in a readable format
- object to processing or withdraw your consent
- file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority
To exercise any right, write to us at info@attostudio.it. We reply within 30 days.
9 · Changes
We may update this privacy policy. Significant changes will be communicated by email to active contacts and with a notice on the site for at least 30 days.
