Why we say how we work upfront (and our competitors don't)

We don't hide our method behind a "get in touch." We say upfront what we do, what's included and how long it takes — and after a single call we give you a tailored quote. It's a filter that saves everyone time.

Visit ten agency websites and on nine of them you won’t really understand how they work. “Contact us for a custom quote.” It’s a phrase that sounds professional and hides one thing only: they want to talk to you before telling you anything. We did the opposite — we say upfront how we work — and it turned out to be the best choice we could have made. Here’s why.

The silence works for them, not for you

When you don’t understand how someone works, the path is always the same: form, call, second meeting, and only then a few answers. By that point you’ve invested hours and a small dose of hope. If you’re not right for each other, you walk away with the feeling you’ve wasted your time.

That silence doesn’t protect you. It protects the seller: it keeps the door open to any client, even the wrong one, and pushes every concrete answer to whatever moment is most convenient for closing the deal.

Transparency is a filter that works for both sides

On every service page we say clearly what we do, what’s included and with what method — no WordPress, your code, a preview every week, a single point of contact. No vague promises, no acronyms to impress.

This does two things at once:

  • For you it says right away whether we’re the right partner: how we think, what you’ll get, how we support you after launch.
  • For us it brings calls with people who already roughly know how we operate. Less time wasted, more time for the real projects.

It’s a filter that works to everyone’s advantage. Whoever reaches the call gets there informed, and we talk straight away about what to build.

”And the quote?”

The quote comes early and tailored. After a free 30-minute call we give you a detailed proposal, with the items broken out, so you see exactly what you’re paying for. No figure dropped from above, no hidden costs, no surprises at launch. And if the project can be scaled down to fit what you have in mind, we’ll propose it ourselves.

Trust is the real selling point

Being clear about how we work is a way of saying who we are: people who aren’t afraid to explain themselves at first glance. In a field full of “contact-us-to-find-out,” being the ones who answer before you even ask is already half the trust built.

In two lines

Opacity serves the seller. Clarity serves the buyer. We’ve chosen which side to stand on — and it’s also why the people who write to us, usually, write to get serious.
