It is the question almost everyone asks before even writing to someone: how much will it cost me? And it is also the one the web answers worst — vague pages, “it depends”, quotes only after three phone calls. Let’s try to do better.
The real ranges
For a psychologist’s or psychotherapist’s website in Italy in 2026, the prices we see around are these:
Under €500 you find preset templates: someone takes a ready-made model, changes name and photos, and delivers it. It works until you need something different — and it shows it is a template, especially in a profession where trust is everything.
Between €800 and €2,000 is well-made tailored work: copy written for you, a path designed for people seeking help, first-session booking, professional-board rules respected. It is the range where we do most of our projects.
Over €2,500 covers special needs: a reserved area for patients, questionnaires, multilingual content, integrations with tools you already use.
What really makes the difference
It is not the graphics — it is what the website does. A psychologist’s website works when it puts visitors at ease (they are taking a difficult step), explains how you work without clinical jargon, and makes booking or writing extremely simple. If one of these three is missing, the low price turns out expensive.
Watch out for hidden costs too: mandatory monthly subscriptions, the domain registered to the agency (it happens more often than you think), copy “extra”, changes billed from day one. In our quote the items are separate and the website is yours, forever.
The simplest way to decide
We see it this way: before talking numbers, you should see something. That is why we prepare a free first draft of your website — with your name, your tone, your structure — within days. You look at it, and only then we talk quotes. If it does not convince you, you owe us nothing.
We have already built websites for psychologists and psychotherapists across Italy: you find them on the dedicated page below, along with everything there is to know.
